Detailed Job Description The Operations Associate North American Power is responsible for providing operational support to the North American Power business. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all operational processes are followed, and that customer service is maintained at the highest level. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries.
