Operations Analyst Iii Jobs

Knowledge of technical aspects of transportation planning, commercial motor vehicle driver and equipment management.

Establish visual management techniques to manage the value stream.

4-year degree or equivalent and 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience

5+ years of home renovation leadership experience

Fielding phone calls and police radio communications in support of overall campus security operations.

Launching the campus mass notification system for emergency warnings and timely notices utilizing rapid activation buttons or web applications as required.

Activating the campus siren system as required for safety and security.

Collaborating with Ingham County 911 dispatch on law enforcement unit dispatching related to campus safety and security.

Actively monitoring software application for crime tips and responding accordingly upon receipt of tips

Supervise 7 SOC Coordinators and all students working in the SOC.

Experience with order management systems like Charles River or Investortools Perform.

Provide team oversight in the absence of the department manager.

Experience with Broker Dealer Operations with a focus on trade settlements.

Experience with Portfolio Accounting Systems.

Significant experience with industry trade matching utilities such as Omgeo products (ALERT and CTM).

Solid problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes.
