Experience using a student information system, learning management system, or customer relationship management platform.

Experience using Smartsheet or other Project Management system.

Three years of experience with program coordination or administration in an enterprise or educational environment.

Five years of experience coordinating programs in an enterprise or educational environment

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a healthcare coordination, care or case management role, preferably in a digital healthcare environment

Manage key reports and track relevant data to identify successes and drive refinements in operational processes.

Openness and ability to cross-train in additional care coordination tasks and responsibilities to support full cycle member engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Well organized, ability to manage multiple projects at once, eye for details, and collaborate within and across teams

Coordinate supply needs with management and purchasing department.

Knowledge of billing/insurance requirements or restrictions for procedures.

Where appropriate, manage the postage machine ensuring adequate funds are available.

Work closely with Managers, Modality Specialists, and Technologists to ensure needs are being met.

3+ years medical office experience required.
