Timeline Management for Client Enrollments:

Act as liaison for Regional Account Managers and serve as a single point of contact to support case re-enrollments

Establish and manage assigned cases to ensure all API and EDI files are tested and functioning as expected in production

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in a dedicated administrative, customer service, and/or data entry position.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform internet research and think outside of the box.

Strong skills in typing (40+ WPM) and Microsoft Office.

Ability to and experience working in a quality / production-driven (KPIs) environment.

Contract, 6 Months (Possible Extension & Permanent Conversion)

This is not a management position but it is a leadership role.

Experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations
