Onsite Commercial Sales Manager Jobs in Iowa

Must have experience with gift/specialty sales management

Manage existing and new account sales

Partner with the creative team to manage the marketing function

Own account forecasting, operating expenses, profit goals

Coordinate sales employees and contractors

Communicate with operations support to ensure all sales processed and shipped correctly

An engineering background, via education or experience

Work with Sales Managers, Manufacturer’s Representatives and current distribution to grow Sales through Commercial projects

Develop relationships with Commercial projects specifiers, including: architects, engineers, facilities managers, contractors, and other design consultants

Manage relationships with all Commercial prospects

BS/BA or related degree preferred or minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience

Minimum 5 years Commercial Sales Experience

Drive and improve the account and partner development and management process and program, including enhancing and expanding the partner network

Engage with strategic direct accounts on up to a C-level and drive key account management

Ensure an exceptional customer experience through accurate collection and updating of customer information, sales and history through the dedicated CRM system.

Required in-depth technical growing knowledge of the climate-controlled growing environment food crop and high-wire vegetable industry (ie. Greenhouses)

Salary: $118-$155K; target bonus opportunity - 45%; Benefits Overview: Company subsidized benefits
