Monitor the Incident Management system in the Home and Community Service Information System (HCSIS) for accurate and timely data entry.

In-depth knowledge of DDS management hierarchy and functionality, optimizing navigation within the organization.

Five (5) years of human services experience, demonstrating practical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the field.

5 plus years of experience in financial risk management

Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends related to liquidity risk or interest rate risk management

Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills

Partners with Corporate Treasury and second line risk management to promote an effective risk management framework.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience

Material Review Board Certification experience or similar Liaison Engineering experience

Identifies documents, analyzes reported problems and communicates deviations that could impact design intent and safety; recommends and manages resolution.

2+ years of engineering experience

Aerospace experience, fabrications, manufacturing, and/or additive manufacturing experience

Assesses and resolves product/process issues through the product lifecycle.

Analyzes, conducts root cause analysis and develops dispositions for design non-conformances.

Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component and repair procedures.

1+ years’ experience with F-18 Landing Gear with Request for Technical Information, Material Review Board and Over and Above activities.

Possess Universal Product Review Certification.

Perform Liaison Engineering evaluations and dispositions for non-conformances both in house and at suppliers.

Familiar with metallic properties, component finishes, hydraulic components operation and testing as well as repair practices.

Supporting Landing gear refurbishment in accordance with military technical orders, standard repairs, and non-conformance dispositions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Coordinates the tracking and resolution of defects using the defect management process. Provides Weekly Scorecard, Status Reporting and MIS.

Partnership and relationship management: must have ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with numerous teams and key stakeholders.

Project management and execution: must organize quickly and execute the agenda to meet short-term and long-term deliverables.

Strong analytical ability and influencing skills.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior executives

3-5+ years managing a product function and team with experience in building and developing a diverse team of dedicated individual contributors

Fluency in core e-commerce concepts like affordability, credit, payment systems, order fulfillment, supply chain, and then stitches across these capabilities

Experience translating business concepts into a strategic roadmap and excellent delivery track record

Passionate about the customer experience and can focus on what needs to be done to improve it

Highly analytical and able to find opportunities to influence multi-year product roadmaps

Knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. with data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.

Excellent communication/listening skills and have experience in conflict resolution.

Adhere to MPP (master planning process) calendars and manage deadlines and deliverables with internal and external partners.

Collaborate with the Customer Care team to address customer complaints and service issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Circulate sales dashboards on weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis to key stakeholders. Monitor and effectively manage product reviews on pens.com.
