The knowledge, skills, and abilities to teach office information management in an online asynchronous environment.

Strong time management and performance management skills.

At least one-year experience working in a technical role or a position that exhibits office management functions.

Experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS). Preferably Blackboard.

Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues that impact the students successful complete of a course.

Strong communication skills - written and oral.

Psychology Online Facilitator (Part-Time Faculty)

Masters Degree in Education or equivalent

Experience with non-traditional learners preferred

Successful experience managing large teams

Online teaching experience is required

Evaluate faculty credentials as part of the hiring and scheduling processes

Perform developmental and evaluative classroom observations, facilitate post-observation discussions, and assist faculty in creation of developmental plans

Proficient and functional knowledge of learning management systems, specifically Canvas

Committed to life-long learning by continuously increasing skills, knowledge and effectiveness.

Minimum five (5) years relevant experience supporting students in an online learning environment required.

Past teaching experience in a on-ground or online teaching environment, specifically in organizational leadership and/or industrial/organizational psychology.

Organizational experience (minimum 3 years) consulting in field of I/O psychology.

Strong collaboration acumen and abilities

Experience with Canvas as a learning management system a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in online nursing education

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a graduate nursing program

Compact RN license or Wisconsin RN license

Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing or MSN if applying only for the Online BSN Program

Ensure students achieve key learning outcomes and target instruction to address individual student needs

Use data daily and weekly to drive instructional practices and provide students with feedback on their progress

Collaborate with other faculty and deans; practice cultural competence in both student and adult spaces
