Contribute to a positive new hire experience by acting as a new hire advocate and the "go-to" person for new hires

Additional duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

At least 3 years of experience in an HR onboarding or HR operations role

Experience using HRIS automated platform for self-boarding new hires and rehired employees

Knowledge and familiarity with various onboarding practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.

Computer knowledge, keyboarding skills, and ability to adapt to new computer programs is a must.

Willing to do work as assigned and ask for additional work to expand their job opportunity

Review paperwork submitted to office by technicians

Scan and electronically file documents.
