Onboarding Capabilities Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Experience with TaskRay or other onboarding project management application

Excellent organizational, time management & verbal/written communication skills

Assist Onboarding management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Work with a group of cross-functional business stakeholders to understand their goals and operational requirements.

Translate business requirements into complete technical requirements, and work closely with Salesforce product owners to develop systems solutions.

Help develop quality data for dashboard reporting to best manage new KPIs and metrics.

Supports client or Magnit audits by providing compliance documentation to client services or management upon request

Demonstrates knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements related to the healthcare staffing industry

Salary rate is based on experience, skills, and geographical location

Provides an expedient, clear, and positive onboarding experience for billable workers

Audits compliance of the supplier worker as outlined by the individual customer contract requirements and Magnit minimum standards

Perform administrative duties or other assigned tasks such as but is not limited to, answering phones, electronic filing, and data entry

3-5 years of related work experience

Experience with syndicated data; identifies and leverages relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions

Independently manages project plans and assumes responsibility for tracking, communication and timing

Demonstrates drive to meet the expectations and requirements of internal stakeholders

High School Diploma/GED or related work experience
