Overview Office 365 Systems Trainer is responsible for providing training and support to users on the Office 365 suite of applications. This includes providing instruction on the use of Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other related applications. The Office 365 Systems Trainer will also provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and help users become more proficient in using Office 365 applications. Detailed Job Description The Office 365 Systems Trainer will be responsible for providing training and support to users on the Office 365 suite of applications. This includes providing instruction on the use of Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other related applications. The Office 365 Systems Trainer will also provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and help users become more proficient in using Office 365 applications. The Office 365 Systems Trainer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, such as user guides and tutorials, to help users become more proficient in using Office 365 applications. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other related applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to create and maintain training materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in providing training and support for Office 365 applications
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other related applications
Job Knowledge
