Office Manager Marketing Assistant Jobs in Illinois

4+ years’ prior experiences in marketing or brand management

Experience in marketing creatives, digital marketing, social media, tradeshow management and using Salesforce as a CRM system for marketing

Strong in problem solving, analytical skills and project management

Support global media marketing campaigns – content creation, progress and results, providing management monthly updates and report

Manage marketing lead follow up process – inputting/monitoring in Salesforce

Assumes other activities and responsibilities as assigned

Must have clean criminal record (subject to background investigation).

Be able to provide work history and references

Be willing to submit to drug testing

Servant heart/attitude willing to work in home office

Complete data entry and data research using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Experience with CRM or database management systems a plus.

Make minor updates to the website using our content management system.

Help manage and maintain calendar of senior leadership team regarding coordinating office visits, off site meetings, travel, and conference calls.

Help with facets of our compliance and licensing requirements.

At least 2 years business/office experience.
