48 Adult Medicine Beds: 5 Maternity, 5 ICU

Well established outpatient community clinics

All family medicine and internal medicine practices are NCQA PCMH certified

Wide range of specialty services within the hospital network including OBGYN

Broad base of technical knowledge and skills needed to perform all assigned clinical, administrative and academic duties.

Keep abreast of relevant medical research, technology, and related issues by attending continuing education courses and professional meetings, reading journals, etc..

A graduate of an accredited Geriatric (preferable), Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Program, with previous geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Experience in an academic/teaching environment desirable.

Relevant experience in geriatrics and long-term care settings.

EMT or Advanced Cardiac Life Support training/certification.
