STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate community members on upcoming unwinding of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

Promoting Medicaid awareness in the community served. (i.e. Discussing with members, attending events, sharing on social media)

Collecting referrals for insurance and contacting consumers in a timely manner.

Enrolling individuals in Medicaid or Marketplace Insurance.

Experience: No previous work experience required (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Demonstrated expertise and skills in environmental, sustainability and/or education fields.

Passion for sustainability, especially waste reduction, recycling, and materials management.

1 to 3 years of experience working in outreach, education, or resource conservation.

Identifies, develops, and conducts waste reduction education programs for businesses, multifamily complexes, and residents, through in-person, phone, virtual and email communication.

Account Management experience (1-2 years preferred)

Partner with account team and Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to identify store level selling opportunities

Conduct market manager/customer meetings as required

Manage expenses in a fiscally responsible manner

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience

3-5 years retail experience consistently achieving or exceeding goals and KPI objectives required
