Responsible for damage backlog and tracking key repair and damage metrics across your region

Communicate with key stakeholders across the entire organization.

5+ years of people management experience

7+ years of work experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or consulting

Key decision maker for their book of business, driving growth to topline revenue and efficiency to bottomline city profitability targets.

Ability to lead & influence in a cross-collaborative environment

Data driven, driving the right outcomes from data back decision making

Strong academic background with top tier MBA

Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) preferred.

Demonstrated effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated skills in problem solving and conflict resolution.

Maintain a current working understanding of all UCAP programs and guidelines.

Conduct initial interview with applicants, either in person or over the telephone, gathering information about the applicant’s current situation and needs.

Determine, make, and document appropriate referrals to other programs and agencies.
