Nonprofit Communications Consultant Jobs

Architect technology solutions focused on the Salesforce ecosystem utilizing persona-based experience requirements.

5+ years of Salesforce experience required; Nonprofit Administration, Education Administration or Salesforce Consulting experience preferred.

Support strategic roadmapping and requirements gathering initiatives by co-facilitating sessions with clients.

Salesforce Administrator Certification and at least one Salesforce Consultant certification required (e.g. Nonprofit Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).

Experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Experience working in a nonprofit or client services setting, preferred.

Strong writing skills, emphasizing clarity, conciseness, and adherence to in-house style, with strong copyediting, proofreading, and attention to detail skills.

This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position

Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications, marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Ability to work well in a matrixed team environment, and to provide and receive feedback in a productive way.
