Florida State C.N.A. certification preferred

High school graduation or equivalent.

Completion of Nursing Assisting Training Program or equivalent at a State Approved site which is eligible for Florida C.N.A. examination.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

One year hospital experience preferred.

Assessment and critical thinking skills.

Skills as outlined in the LPN orientation checklist.

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required.

Completion of an advanced Pharmacology course required.
