Track and manage program databases and systems (e.g. Airtable, Salesforce, etc.)

Manage and coordinate logistics at various program and alumni sessions.

Manage food orders, and vendors and track dietary restrictions.

Respond to inquiries and manage ongoing participant communications

At least 2-4 years of experience supporting people-focused programs.

A strong project manager: You thrive keeping yourself and others organized while marching against group outcomes within challenging, but realistic, timelines.

An experienced self-starter: You have 1+ years of experience researching or deploying go-to-market strategies.

Work 4 days at our SoHo office, and 1 day from home; some travel may be required to states of interest.

Past professional experience working in business research, business analysis, or data-driven problem-solving

Extremely strong written & oral communication skills

Strong logical & analytical reasoning abilities

2+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company

Experience working on projects that require cross-functional collaboration

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Drive strategic decision making in a fast paced constantly changing environment

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new processes and investment decision making frameworks

Work to optimize our approach to balancing growth vs. profitability

Model strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Interact and communicate with various levels, internal or external, through verbal and written communication

Possess a passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industry
