Key Attributes, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Advanced trauma-informed facilitation skills with at least 3 years experience working with youth

Salary range is $50,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:

Experience working with justice-impacted youth preferred

Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement

Working experience in agriculture and rural development fields, particularly with value chains and land tenure, in St. Lucia.

Extensive experience in coordination at national levels.

Experience working with international or donor organizations on implementation of participatory projects.
