Lead Dispatcher Position - BDL/Hartford, CT

Must have computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet etc.

Politely assisting customers & drivers via telephone, e-mail, & there Electronic Logging Device (ELD).

Identify any operational and regulatory risks & escalate as/when needed.

Knowing Hours of Service (HOS) for the Qualcomm, Rand McNally, & People net.

Develop a reputation with drivers, customers, & coworkers as an efficient service provider with high levels of accuracy.

Directly manage National Dispatchers and CTS National Company Drivers (region 46).

Manage problems that occur with loads; refusal and reassignment, rerouting and stop-offs.

Provide ETAs to manage tracking of shipments between vendors and warehouses to prevent service hits.

Manage Tenstreet database of DQ files for current and future CTS National drivers to ensure fleet is safe and compliant.

2-3 years of experience in Fleet Logistics, Transportation, or Operations

Experience managing multi-level integration projects
