Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance) is a plus

Provide leadership, coach, train, and manage performance of branch staff

Minimum of 4 years of recent experience managing a retail branch bank

Two years of recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications

Proven track record in meeting objectives; ability to meet deadlines; ability to manage to multiple objectives

Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, and Automated Mortgage Application Software

Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification required

1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred

Prior customer service experience preferred

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

Ensure Health and Safety standards are met by complying with legislation, company policies and promoting a safe work environment.

Train and help new/current Professional Concrete Delivery Drivers develop competence and confidence in the following areas:

Awareness and Adherence to Company Policies & Procedures

Participate in Project handoff meeting from Pre-Con/ Estimating to Project Management

Attend and participate in weekly project management meetings and specific project meetings as needed

Oversee and direct all construction management activities

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Review all bids, scope out subcontractors and negotiate final contract pricing with subcontractors

Conduct pre-award meetings with subcontractors as needed

Answer the phone, transfer calls, and take messages. Manage phones on Holidays (make sure that they are off)

Manage subcontractor notice to owners and lien releases

Manage certificate of insurance for all vendors

Knowledge of phones and printers

Manage cleaners for the office

Provide clerical assistance to all clients, guests, owners and all office and field staff
