Music Production Coordinator (Remote)

Experience with database management and payables processes.
Experience with project management tools i.e. Airtable, Monday.
Daily management of incoming music submissions.
Database management across multiple game titles, covering composer fees, orchestra, music contractors, mixers, engineers, studios payments, milestones and game related information.
Manage production calendar, communicating deadlines and deliverables across multiple productions.
Work with Finance partners on payment reporting.
