Municipal Bond Research Analyst Jobs

Utilize project management integrated software (PMIS) program and PM tools (Bluebeam, MS project, etc.) for all assigned bond projects

Minimum of 7 years experience in furniture, fixtures and equipment planning in K-12 education facilities

Manage vendor relationships with service providers and manufactures.

Work with FBISD directors, managers, administration and campus staff to develop project scopes, deliverables and timelines for bond projects

Generate and manage project schedules for moves

Manage activation related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and retained

Organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment

Hourly rate starts at $20-$24/hour commensurate with experience

Prior underwriting experience, preferably in the insurance industry

7+ years of high yield / leveraged loan credit research or related investment experience

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrated through academic and professional record

All aspects of research and diligence of companies, including financial, industry, ESG, and covenant analysis

Develop an independent view of an issuer and its ratings, leveraging our proprietary ratings framework

Provide analysis across performing and distressed credits within given sectors

Develop and maintain a strong network of company, sponsor, sell-side and buy-side contacts

Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting – able to analyze number proficiently with strong excel knowledge.

Produce extensive financial analyses to structure both straight forward and complex bond offerings

Gather, organize and analyze information necessary to prepare proposals, client presentations, offering statements and marketing materials.

Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience with portfolio management software. Knowledge of analytic systems including, but not limited to, Blackrock Aladdin, Bloomberg PORT, and Yield Book;

Attention to detail and have a passion about investment management;

Experience with electronic trading platforms such as Market Access, and Blackrock Aladdin.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Provide day-to-day support to the Risk Management Team.

4+ years insurance related experience

Secure, review, and track furnished subcontractor payment and performance bonds to ensure compliance with the subcontract agreement.

Support in ensuring proper risk transfer as it relates to subcontractor coverages, limits and endorsements.

Recommend any necessary improvements to the current administrative process regarding insurance.

Generate a weekly report for subcontractor payment and performance bonds.
