Our Mobile Health Leads lead these teams towards operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll be the arbiter of information being passed between marketing, the client success team and mobile health technicians.

Must have a valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.

Must be able to work at the Austin, TX office location

Must be willing to travel to service regions as needed

Starting pay for position is $60,000 per year

Previous experience as a caregiver, personal support worker, or similar role is preferred.

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Provide non-medical assistance and support to clients in their homes or designated living environments.

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), which may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Aid with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring client safety and comfort.

Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying.

Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry. Molecular Diagnostic experience strongly preferred.

All regional managers are expected to meet all credentialing requirements for access to healthcare systems.

Strong administrative skills. Sophistication to manage business in complex environments.

Comprehensive understanding and experience with various industry trends and market segments and industry trends. Clear knowledge of regional market trends.

Manage individual territory activities, ensuring return on investment spends.

Maximize sales pull-through opportunities that are aligned with Invitae’s managed care strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

One Year of Caregiving experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, home-based care.

Excellent clinical skills, including comprehensive physical examination, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of patients effectively.
