Detailed Job Description The Mixed Use Summer Intern will assist with a variety of tasks related to mixed-use development. The intern will work with a team of professionals to gain hands-on experience in the planning, design, and development of mixed-use projects. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn about the various aspects of the real estate development process, including market analysis, financial analysis, and project management. The intern will be responsible for researching and analyzing data related to mixed-use projects, preparing reports and presentations, and providing support to the team. Job Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of real estate development processes and procedures
• Knowledge of market analysis and financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
