Overview The Mill Area Production Manager is responsible for managing the production operations of the mill area. This includes overseeing the production process, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing production strategies and plans, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of the production team. Detailed Job Description The Mill Area Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production operations of the mill area. This includes managing the production process, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing production strategies and plans, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of the production team.
