Production Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
Production Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Review engineering drawings and work with Area Operations Manager to provide feedback on proposed modification/upgrades/new construction will meet the intended goals.
Work with Superintendents, Area Operations Manager, and Human Resources Department in hiring of all hourly and salary employees.
Work with Environmental Manager to ensure that all operations are operating in compliance with environmental regulations.
10+ years experience in the mining industry

The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing production strategies and plans, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of the production team. Detailed Job Description The Mill Area Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production operations of the mill area.
