Overview Microsoft Sales Executives are responsible for driving sales of Microsoft products and services to customers. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. Detailed Job Description Microsoft Sales Executives are responsible for driving sales of Microsoft products and services to customers. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand customer needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. They must be able to identify and develop new business opportunities, and be able to negotiate and close deals. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction. They must be able to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase sales.
