Document work activities in Salesforce or other applications (e.g., time management system)

The activities of the Patient Engagement and Advocacy Manager include, but are not limited to:

Communicates directly with patients and subject recruitment vendors to support subject screening and enrollment in clinical trials.

Work with Clinilabs sales team, operations staff, and legal department to solidify relationships with referring physicians and organizations.

Assist in the development of materials and digital assets that will support subject screening and enrollment in clinical trials.

Travel to professional conferences, patient support group meetings, customer meetings, and other meetings as needed.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills

5+ years of people management experience.

6-8 years of people management experience.

Significant organizational and program/project management skills.

Strong strategic leadership attributes; ability to consult with key business stakeholders and all levels of management.

10+ years of patient advocacy and patient engagement experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
