6+ years of experience in operations, business process management, or related experience.

8+ years of relevant experience in project management, cross-functional operational management, planning, or sales.

Strong organization and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. An ability to influence for greater outcomes.

Generate and manage the Open-to-Buy; present to finance team quarterly.

Senior Manager level or higher with forecast and retail planning experience.

Manage in-season business by tracking and analyzing all channels to identify opportunities and optimize in-season inventory stock levels across locations.

Manage basic stock replenishment with weekly focus on stock, projections, and fabric inventory.

Manage a small team to aid in their career development while ensuring all key deliverables are achieved.

5+ years of experience in a retail planning role.

Excellent time management with the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines

Develop and manage eCommerce daily sales plans and inventory forecasts.

Manage forecasting of replenishment needs aligned with the wholesale buying and supply chain teams

Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by participating in a collaborative planning process with merchandising, marketing, and finance personnel:

5 years planning experience preferred

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Monitor ongoing corporate needs assessments, provide recommendations to management, as required

Any experience as divisional merchandise manager
