Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.

Work closely with project managers to ensure that estimates are aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Attend project meetings and communicate with clients as needed to clarify project requirements and scope.

At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Construction Management or Engineering degree a plus.

Broad experience in commercial conceptual and general construction estimating;

Proficient in Excel, On-Screen, and estimating software;
