Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

4 years customer Service or membership support work experience.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines accurately.

Use the membership database proficiently and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.

Produce targeted letters, emails, and radio announcements to attract, acknowledge, and retain members.

Two years of experience in organizing and implementing fundraising activities or customer service.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to continually enhance the individual skills, abilities, and knowledge necessary for fulfilling the MDM role.

Consistently updates Joplin Chamber’s membership management system to include any contact made with prospective members.

Ideally, three (3) plus years B2B sales and/or membership experience (or comparable experience) with demonstrated revenue generating abilities.

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Strong computer and word-processing skills, including CRM software, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and situations.

3-5 years of experience in Association Management or related field.

Not afraid to take initiative and be a proactive, passionate advocate for the brand.
