Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

8+ years of related business experience, including at least 5+ years of experience in brand management.

Prior experiences in Consumer Goods or Big Tech (e.g. Apple, Google) leading brand creation and management

Demonstrated ability to lead and drive effective cross-functional efforts with the ability to influence senior management decisions and lead key discussions.

Experience executing brand positioning initiatives, messaging platforms / campaign ideas and communication tactics across various mediums and channels.

Demonstrated strong written communication and presentation skills.

Experience leading the global launch of a product or solution.

Employ analytical skills to integrate data from diverse sources, extracting critical user insights to advise and craft strategic planning.

BS / BA Degree in Industrial/Experience/Product Design/Business or relevant fields. Advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in design thinking and strategy preferably within the healthcare sector.

Shown experience in leading projects with multidisciplinary teams comprising designers, product marketers, strategists, and engineers.

Experience establishing internal and external partnerships.

Partner with executive leaders across our portfolio to craft strategic priorities and narratives.

Senior Director of Staff, Operations and Project Management

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.

Assist in hiring and developing junior staff members, promoting their professional growth and skill enhancement.

Strong understanding of the digital health landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or other management staff

Capable of assisting in care needs of residents, which might include lifting requirements up to 40 pounds

Work as manager on duty as directed by Executive Director/ Resident Care Coordinator

Keep current on First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration skills

Has familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population. Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train!
