Job Description of Medical Scribe and Transcription Associate The Medical Scribe and Transcription Associate is responsible for providing accurate and timely transcription of medical records for healthcare providers. The Medical Scribe and Transcription Associate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that all medical records are accurately documented and stored in the appropriate electronic health record (EHR) system. Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in medical transcription or related field
• Certification in medical transcription (preferred)
Job Knowledge

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
