Medical Receptionist Per Diem Urgent Care Jobs in Kansas

Minimum of 1 year of customer service/receptionist experience

Excellent command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication dynamic with strong organizational skills

Ability to problem-solve using creative and critical thinking skills

Basic technology skills, including use of Microsoft office programs.

Experience with Workday a plus

Ability to work effectively with the internal and external customers while maintaining a composed, professional demeanor as the hospital/department’s initial representative

0 to 2 years of clerical or business environment experience preferred and

0 to 2 years of medical terminology knowledge preferred and

0 to 2 years of computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred

Collects demographic and insurance information.

Checks in or interviews patient to complete appropriate paperwork.

Directs patient to their appointment or procedure.

Sign On Bonus Available: $2,500 with experience (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)
