Medical Electronics Technician Jobs

Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.

Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.

High school education or equivalent preferred.

Must have served as an Electronic Technician Level I for a minimum of 6 months or have equivalent working experience.

Must have a general knowledge of the equipment and demonstrate the ability to repair the equipment with minimal supervision.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Six to ten years of related experience or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.

Must pass Electrical Safety Training and Technician Electrical knowledge Test.

Proficiency in Electrical Schematics and Electrical Troubleshooting Skills.

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

·Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be a team player.

·Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits is a plus.

·Excellent communication skills. Shall be able to perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.

·Support Reagent manufacturing. Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to Reagents.

·Assist in developing/ improving Reagent manufacturing processes and/or products.

·Familiar with process and test method validations.

Assist and support medical services as qualified to perform.

Requires emergency response duties to support plant access authorization and fitness for duty.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $20.90 to $29.29 per hour

Combination of Education and Experience:

Review various documents for completeness and accuracy of reportable information to support ongoing quality and internal control requirements.

Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.

Perform routine operator maintenance on complex clinical instrumentation and equipment.

Prepare a variety of laboratory specimens for shipment.

Prepare specimens for shipment to include spinning, separating and freezing.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with patient data networks
