Job Description
Role
As an Electronics Technician (also known as Electrical Test Technician, Electronics Test Engineer), your primary responsibilities will include testing and troubleshooting using various equipment, understanding and applying technical procedures, identifying and rectifying pass/fail conditions, navigating computer functions, recording data, reading detailed schematics for troubleshooting, performing component-level troubleshooting, maintaining test equipment and test station, and interacting with customers on repairs.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Proficiency in using internet/intranet, cross-functional Enterprise Resource Planning software, the MS Office package, and other software programs and packages.
  • Six to ten years of related experience or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Must pass Electrical Safety Training and Technician Electrical knowledge Test.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Proficiency in Electrical Schematics and Electrical Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
