Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field with 3 years of related experience

Strong oral and copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of historic preservation and international relations

Experience running advocacy campaigns a plus

Support the creative request process and manager asset handoff to agency partners

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Math/Formulas/Pivot Table skills), PowerPoint

A minimum of two-three years of experience in media/public relations or journalism with an emphasis on financial markets and/or asset management.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Americas Media Relations and Directors.

Experience in supporting the execution of a strategic media relations framework. Preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of REIT legal compliance matters

Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to be articulate and persuasive.

Oversee the distribution of the firm's global news to employees.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Develop deep knowledge of industry events and conduct outreach for client speaker's bureau

Related professional experience, PR agency preferred

Brainstorm and pitch compelling ideas for media and influencer pitch efforts

Draft media relations materials including media lists and qualify media inquires

Knowledge of beauty, skincare and wellness space is a plus.

Temp (June-August), Part Time ~10hr/week

Responsible for sourcing, outreach, seeding, and assisting with building/maintaining the influencer database on respective platforms.

Regularly updating and maintaining records, reviewing influencer trackers, reporting & recaps, requesting shipments

Research and create influencer lists for campaigns, events and collection pushes that are on brand and meet KPIs

Assist with approval process of inbound applicants on influencer/social platforms
