Media Production Trafficking Specialist Jobs in California

Assist with grants management administration (e.g. data entry, deadline monitoring, learning grantmaking policies and processes, etc.)

Extensive experience in project management, including managing stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and coordinating multiple streams of work

Experience working with a remote, hybrid or distributed team

Manage calendar and schedule for Managing Director, FLHT

Manage invoice, contract, and purchase order processing as requested by Managing Director

Manage the production of reports and meeting materials related to Managing Director’s scope of work. Specific examples may include:

Demonstrate efficient and effective time management skills.

Direct experience providing clinical services, case management or crisis services.

Provides case management through personal engagement with youth per Wind Youth Services guidelines.

Assists in obtaining documents, public benefits, health, education, and employment services.

Must have experience in goal setting relating to education, employment, housing, and other identified goals.

Maintains and manages an assigned case load.

Knowledge of digital file formats, codecs, and methods of delivery. Experience with file organization and disc space management.

2+ years’ experience with digital image files.

Experience with digital image files and computer editing software preferred.

Excellent knowledge of the media production process.

Experience operating film-handling viewing equipment.

Experience using standard computer word processing and database software.
