Ensure order requirements are met (i.e. prioritization and accuracy)

Knowledge of warehouse and material handling operations

Coordinate production schedule with Operations Supervisor to maximize throughout.

Ensure timely processing of order requests, cycle counts, and put-aways.

Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills

Provide direction and support in the allocation of resources appropriately in order to cover material handling responsibilities

Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel

Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks

Handle basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and corresponding document

One or more years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
