Mars U Activity Manager Jobs

****URGENTLY HIRING** $5,000 SIGN on BONUS with 24 month commitment. Must have at least one year experience, external applicants only.

You will utilize your knowledge towards the integration of available standards, resources, and data

A Bachelor's degree and significant experience in field sales and territory management

A Bachelor's degree, or HS Diploma and equivalent work experience

Demonstrate ability to work remotely

2+ years with at least one year of selling experience

Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail sales experience

Prior selling experience in the convenience, grocery or Walmart channels

Current NYSED certification in content area

Documented five (5) years teaching experience

Knowledge of the NYS Learning Standards and Assessments

Knowledge of curriculum content and accepted methods of instruction

Excellent written and oral communication skills

10+ years of museum-related managerial experience required

Ensure the management of a Corporate system requiring the capture of historically significant artifacts and events from all sites/units.

Manage and supervise all Mars Museum Team Members and assign/oversee their responsibilities.

Manage and direct the research of Mars history and ensure validation/verification of information related to this history.

Manage and supervise the selection of objects for display and ensure the provenance of these artifacts is preserved and conveyed.

Manage the protocols for filing, storing and accurate inventorying of all artifacts and files related to the history of Mars, Incorporated.

Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements of the consumer.

Must complete the agency's employment process.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the consumer confidentiality.

Must be able to follow directions,and work as a team.

Must have reliable transportation to, and from assignments.

Manages the creation and presentation of project stage gate documents with Learner Experience Manager.

Develops and champions the use of high-quality project management tools and techniques for managing learning projects.

Partners closely with MGS Learning Service Management team to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes and resourcing.

Manages learning projects across all of Mars U.

Facilitates proactive development and coordination of cross multifunctional teams across Mars U required to achieve defined objectives for new learning experiences.

Effectively manages multiple projects at different stages of the lifecycle.
