Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience fromwhich comparable skills can be acquired.

Responsible for social copywriting, social content calendaring and publishing, and communitymanagement.

Familiarity with search engine marketing and optimization, web analytics and technologies,digital media planning and content/social media management.

Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing metrics to track success and inform futurestrategies.

Some experience with common graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible for creating strategy decks and POVs when new capabilities are launched

Overseeing the creation and maintenance of each clients’ Response Matrix, in collaboration with the Community Manager;

Work closely with assigned community manager to get insights from the community

3-6 years social media/digital marketing experience

Experience working with presentation software such as Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint is necessary

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is necessary and agency experience is preferred

Support the preparation of contract language and cost estimates for business opportunities in collaboration with business operations, finance, and project management.

Ensure clear and concise proposal content, aligning with company guidelines, client requirements, and industry standards.

Experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical company is preferred; however, well-qualified entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written/verbal communication skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, business development, and clinical leadership to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposal content.

Experience in a performance marketing organization, analyzing data to deliver on KPIs, knowledgeable about web traffic metrics and channel optimization

Ensure digital information is protected and managed properly

Create and manage an influencer content calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement

At least 8 –10 years of experience in social strategy, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and/or content development

Nonprofit experience and/or mass market fundraising strategies

Global social media strategy and influencer engagement experience

2-4 years project management and process improvement experience

Qvidian Proposal Automation or data library, knowledge base experience strongly preferred

Leverage industry and proposal experience to support the continuous improvement of proposal presentation and effectiveness of design and copy

Direct the import, export and update of proposal data libraries and knowledge base

Lead and mentor staff to improve skillset and career potential

Knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmacy industries a plus

Excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills

4+ years of content marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company

Excellent written communication and qualitative research skills

Experience managing all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest

Experience with content planning and optimization leveraging marketing technologies (ex: Sprout Social)

Experience with video production and editing is a huge plus!
