Provide Portfolio Management support to the GSP team, including managing recurring internal meetings and tracking key team deliverables.

Provide oversight and manage coordination with operations & delivery teams during project design and implementation phases.

Represent Dimagi through innovation-related knowledge sharing forums (e.g., presenting at industry conferences, joining working groups, engaging collaborators).

Provide surge support to Global Strategy Partnerships and delivery team members to advance priority opportunities with donors, governments, and implementing partners.

Highly organized and able to multitask, while also maintaining a focus on small details.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings;

At least three years of management experience with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings.

Automate and improve data integrity and data management workflows, including list management and ingestion from key marketing channels;

Have an in-depth understanding of Bayer Crop Science digital ecosystems and experiences for farmer, RTM partner and sales organization;

Experience developing and activating platform automation campaigns with Adobe Marketo;

Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience platform including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;
