Five (5) to ten (10) years’ leadership/management experience

Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Medicare Advantage sales in Southern California

Minimum three (3) years’ experience conducting sales presentations and trainings to a variety of stakeholders

Stay updated on trends, represent the company, manage expenses.

Exceptional written and communication skills

Solid knowledge of Medicare Sales, Marketing Compliance, and Medicare Advantage sales processes

Enter and send client proposals, contracts and invoices with assistance and review from the CEO/Sales Ops Manager (Dubsado)

Follow up and track all sales metrics, manage the sales pipeline (HubSpot) and sales proposal board (Monday.com)

Support the CEO & Sales Ops Manager in planning quarterly virtual showcases and bi-annual in-person showcase for clients and potential clients

Book sales meetings and sit in on / watch recording (HubSpot & Zoom)

Support proposal development including creation of new packages and templates with updates images and programs (Dubsado)

Utilize the Kennected.org tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive sales and meetings

Leverage industry knowledge and applications in order to find and close opportunities identify key trends and customer needs

5- 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales in an outside or direct sales environment

Telco experience in wireline (required) and/or mobility

Experience selling business telecommunications and/or technology solutions direct to mid-market, mid-size or enterprise businesses is preferred
