Manufacturing Systems Engineer Jobs

Experience setting up and troubleshooting Allen Bradley drives.

Graduate of a technical program majoring in PLC/industrial controls or equivalent experience.

Journeyman experience or the completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.

Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.

* Provide electrical engineering support to the facilities maintenance group, EHS, Process Automation, and project managers.

* Maintain the site's Arc Flash Program in compliance with requirements.

* Coordinate switching operations and power outages with National Grid to minimize their impact on plant operations.

* Support EHS in audits related to electrical testing and preventive maintenance.

* Identify and plan projects to improve and maintain the electrical infrastructure of the facilities.

* Supervise and execute electrical engineering staff and oversee project planning

Daily contact with end users to gather technical and functional requirements.

Ability to support multiple project managers on various MES and ERP implementations.

Exceptional communication skills with cultural awareness to work with international teams.

3 Years Manufacturing Engineering experience

5 years of experience in shop floor operations or MES implementations

Large scale Aerospace discrete manufacturing processes experience

BS with 0 years of related experience

Preferred Service Management and Delivery (ITIL Process Knowledge)

Responsible for software change management and version control of production instance of process automation system.

You have previous manufacturing experience in process automation control design and/or programming is required.

You have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Chemical Engineering OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of engineering

Knowledge of Brewmaxx, Proficy, Proleit, Historian, D3, and SAP
