Manufacturing Operations Finance Manager Jobs in Massachusetts

10+ years of related experience in shop floor management, operations leadership or manufacturing supervision

Hands-on manufacturing or shop floor experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Will spearhead operations including planning, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and safety.

Focus on critical areas: production efficiency including planning, cycle times, waste reduction, quality, costs, and ultimately, customer satisfaction

Take a lead role in driving continuous improvement efforts

You have superior written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to be accurate and concise.
