Salary: $135,000


Manufacturing Operations Manager

  • Hands-on manufacturing or shop floor experience
  • 10+ years of related experience in shop floor management, operations leadership or manufacturing supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Will spearhead operations including planning, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes and tooling comply with customer's standards.
  • Develop new and improved machining processes
  • Take a lead role in driving continuous improvement efforts
  • Focus on critical areas: production efficiency including planning, cycle times, waste reduction, quality, costs, and ultimately, customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support to staff and assist with troubleshooting issues.
