Managing Director Of Logistics Operations Jobs in Utah

A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, including at least 5 years at a director level

Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in international logistics including import, export, and trade compliance for shipments in US or between non-US countries

Thorough knowledge of 3PL market changes and forces that can influence the company

Partner with cross-functional teams for the selection, qualification, implementation, and management of service providers, shipping lanes, and shipping containers.

Senior project management skills including an ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects utilizing analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Lead new product introduction activities into the channels for all inventory management, forward, and reverse logistics processes.

Implement and manage standardized distribution practices and protocols, and related requirements for warehouse, carriers, and related partners.
