Obran Logistics is a division of Obran Cooperative.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work at the specific location required and flexibility to respond to business needs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- Thorough knowledge of 3PL market changes and forces that can influence the company
- Must have a valid US driver's license
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, OnTime 360, Google Workspace, and Office 365 is preferred
- Hands on experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Experience working at a start-up is a plus
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, including at least 5 years at a director level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a passion for economic equity
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics including import, export, and trade compliance for shipments in US or between non-US countries
- Strong Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
