Oversee management and execution of treasury engagements

5+ years experience in Treasury, Working Capital or Treasury Consultancy

Critical thinking and data analysis skills

Bachelors degree (Economics, Finance etc)

Experience with R, MATLAB, SQL and Python or similar

Build relationships with private equity sponsors

Oversee the region’s treasury and financial risk management activities.

Analyze and obtain regional management and parent company approval for SFC’s local funding programs, structures, and initiatives.

Ensure the SFCs’ treasury activities comply with global risk management policies and treasury guidelines.

Explore opportunities to leverage TMCC analytic platforms and capabilities for the benefit of regional SFCs.

Lead AOR Management Committee and other executive presentations on treasury matters.

Determine appropriate transfer pricing, cost structures, and P&L for treasury shared services and manage related reporting requirements.

2+ years of hands on back office operations experience in securities and derivatives.

Experience with Calypso, SWIFT, Kondor+ or similar systems

Excellent PC skills (MS: Excel, Outlook, Access, Teams, Windows)

Maintains all money market and securities confirmations and records.

Verifies and releases payments as they relate to Funding Desk activity.

Subject matter expert that will manage wire payment and investigation processing

Develop relationships with internal and external business partners, including our Client Experience teams, Margin, Technology and Vendor Banks

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience.

Eight or more years of progressively responsible people managerial experience, and eight or more years of banking and/or cash management experience.

A minimum of five years of computer system administration and customer service experience.

Proven leadership skills and a high degree of self motivation, and initiative.

Provide consulting and coaching to assist in the development of the staff.

Responsible for directing the daily workflow and operations of the Treasury division.
