Product Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience developing and launching successful products.

As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:

Product Roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for essential areas of membership rewards strategy to deliver world-class experiences.

Subject Matter Experience: Experience in building loyalty programs or rewards at scale.

Growth Mindset: Ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge and technical concepts and synthesize the information for various audiences.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years of management experience.

Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Develops strategy for communication and education about benefit programs to drive awareness and utilization.

Experience designing and administering compensation and benefit programs.

Defines and communicates overall compensation philosophy for the organization, driving education and awareness across the business.

Partners with HR business partner teams to develop and communicate key programs to managers and employees.
